Journalist, sommelier – Doctorwine, Touring Club Restaurant Guide

She has been a collaborator for several editions of the Bibenda and Gambero Rosso guides. Today she is DoctorWine’s referent for Campania and part of Southern Italy, both for the Essential Guide to Italian Wines and for the journalistic site. She is a freelance journalist, she writes for various newspapers, even with personal columns. Her collaborations also include the one with the Italian Touring Club (for the Hotels and Restaurants guide) and with the weekly publication Cucina a Sud where she writes about pizzas and restaurants – as well as wine. She has conducted interviews, moderated round tables and held seminars, also participating in various juries of food and wine competitions.

Foodwriter, food and wine critic – L’Espresso

Born in 1965, he has a past as a manager in the financial services sector that he left to devote himself fully to his passion for the world of food and wine, in which he is now active for more than thirty years. He is the author and territorial contact person for the L ‘Espresso Guide to Restaurants in Italy, of which he coordinates the website and social media.

He writes regularly for the online magazine Reporter Gourmet and is the editor of the Guides Venezie a Tavola and Emilia-Romagna a Tavola published by PostEditori.

Journalist, writer, food and wine critic – PorzioniCremona

One of the best known and most respected food and wine critics in Italy and abroad, he was editor of the l’Espresso guides, currently he is curator of information for the catering and hotel sectors of the guides of the Italian Touring Club. Organizer of the most important events and competitions dedicated to emerging Chefs, his articles have appeared and appear in the most important magazines in the sector, from the late eighties till today: Gran Gourmet, Etichetta, Redazione Bargiornale, La Madia Travelfood, Nuova Ristorazione, Qui Touring, Il Sommelier, il Cuoco, Mood, Pasticceria Internazionale, MasterMeeting, Caseus, Follow me, Hotel Domani, Gente Viaggi, Dove, Fuoricasa, Monsieur, Spirito Divino, Italia Squisita and may more. He is an AIS sommelier and Onaf Master Cheese Taster, he curates for Informa the official magazine, a column dedicated to reviews of restaurants that have a good dairy culture.

Director of “Sala & Cucina”

First photographer of food and territories, then communicator, author of numerous books on food and wine and food and wine tourism and food and wine journalist.
He was director of the cultural monthly publication Terre Verdiane. Today, he is the editor-in-chief of Sala & Cucina, a food service magazine.

Journalist – Director of La Madia Travelfood

Journalist enrolled in the National Board since 1984, since the same year she has also been Director of La Madia Travelfood, historically the first Italian monthly publication on food and wine and culture of hospitality for professionals. Founder and director of the Aula Magna Wine and Food Culture Center of Cesena in 1992 – the first Cooking School in Italy for chefs and enthusiasts – she has been an AIS Sommelier since 1994 and, since 1998, Founding President of the ItalcuochiI® National Academy, a national association of chefs with delegations in every Italian region. Editor of La Madia Travelfood, she produces numerous publications on tourism and food and wine on her own and has produced guides and volumes for Giunti Editore and the Italian Touring Club.

Journalist – Scatti di Gusto

Vincenzo Pagano, Neapolitan, born in 1966, journalist, he has founded Scatti di Gusto in 2009 after having directed architecture and design magazines in Italy and abroad, transforming his passion for food, restaurants and full-time working pizzerias.

Giornalista – Witaly

Stylist and fashion journalist in the nineties in Milan and Miami, after a period lived in the United States, between New York and Florida, as PR of the Rossano Ferretti group and as correspondent of the RMC broadcaster, she returns to Italy to arrive with enthusiasm in the world of food and wine. She collaborates with various realities in the sector, she opens her public relations studio in Milan, but she moves to Tuscany for the promotion of various historic houses, castles, estates, starting with the properties of Count Gaddo della Gherardesca. Today she is a member of the National Association of Women of Wine and Ambassador of the Chapitre de Rome of the Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne, as well as Sole Director of the Witaly publishing house and curator of the “Emergente Sala” award.
